Customer Reviews

“ I loved my first time here. The wait was not long.. however, our table was not set like the others so we had to ask for utensils etc from other waiters because we barely saw our own. Otherwise the food variety was awesome!!!! Everything was good and I appreciate the opportunity to discover new foods. No one rushes you although you have a time limit of 2 hours. Best Korean bbq I've visited. Will be returning. ”

“ This was a terrific experience. Everyone should try this. You first choose a broth for the hot pot. I like the Tom Yum but the Kimchi was very good also. Then pick all the things you want in your Hot Pot (soup). I usually add several meats, mushrooms, vegetables, and noodles - there is a huge selection. Don't forget to add seasonings like garlic, sesame oil, green onions, pepper or whatever you like. While the hot pot cooks you can grill the meats you choose - I like the marinated meats which are excellent. There is also a nice selection of cooked food as well as sushi. Overall, it was an interesting way to have a nice meal with friends. ”

“ I drove about an hour and a half just to try this place, and it was 100% worth it. The food was delicious, and for the price you pay compared to how much you can eat, it’s honestly a steal. I’ve been to more expensive Korean BBQ spots that don’t even come close when it comes to flavor - especially their marinated meats. The service was quick, and every server I interacted with was super nice and helpful. I’m definitely coming back every week. If you’re into Korean BBQ or hot pot, this spot is a must-try. ”

“ It took us a while to check out this place because of the mixed reviews. But we were nearby at lunchtime and decided to give it a try, and we’re glad we did! We were very pleased with our hot pot broth choices: seafood, kimchi, and miso. The miso was the mildest, and our son said he might try the seafood next time. There are plenty of options for hot pot, and to our surprise, they also offer Chinese dishes and sushi (and they were good!). We really enjoyed our meals and will definitely be back. The service was okay. ”

“ This is a must when you are visiting Hattiesburg. We went right when they opened 11am, and the food was so fresh! The buffet alone was worth the price of admission, but then the hot pot was so fun!! I got the spicy; it was really tasty and not unbearably hot, but next time I’ll get a different soup so I can enjoy it more. They even have sushi and the rolls were great! Not the best sushi ever, but better than I thought adjacent buffet sushi would taste. Super surprised, definitely coming back. ”

“ Delicious hot pot and kbbq spot! If you don’t know how to dine out with Korean BBQ or hot pot I recommend watching a few videos. For the critics: Yes, you do have to cook it yourself, but it’s a communal experience and very fun. Full disclosure: we drive a hour and twenty minutes for this place every other week. We travel often and try to eat hot pot with every trip out of state; this is in our top 3 hot pot places! Recommend the tonkotsu (pork) soup base. Tons of sauce selections at the bar for you to customize your own experience. Hot food at the bar is actually good; they seem to put out smaller batches of it so it has been consistently fresh for us. BBQ options are phenomenal. Love the strip loin, shrimp, and chicken. Hot pot options are top tier. The hot pot rolled meats are great quality. Everything is fresh and constantly tended. Try the quail eggs! They have recently improved their vegetable selection which is a big deal for us since my wife eats mostly vegetarian. The last time we came (pre improvement) the manager (I believe she’s a manager) actually went to the back and got us additional vegetables. Since then it seems they’ve expanded the selections and we are thrilled with it. Service is consistently good. Wait staff is friendly and very helpful. Suggestion to management: we love your sauce bar! If you see room for it, we’d love a peanut paste/sauce addition! The sesame is great, but we love a good peanut-based sauce. ”

“ The atmosphere is so wonderful! I love how you get to pick everything you want in your soup base. It’s definitely worth the time and price. The service is always phenomenal and it is such a treat to go when I am able. I especially love the fruit teas and desserts as well as the sushi too!! Love all around. ”
